We are having a great estate sale this weekend in Seward Park, this Friday, Saturday and Sunday (April 13, 14 and 15th).

Hours are Friday and Saturday, 9:00AM – 4:00PM, Sunday 10:00 – 4:00PM.

Welcome to German Town.  Not much in this house is “made in China”.  Grab a stein and let’s have a toast to the lederhosen!  Everything in the place is quality and is in great condition.  This house if full of furniture, formal glassware, art, pottery, linens, jewelry, toys and games, garden and shop tools and collectibles.

JEWELRY – We have three cases of contemporary and vintage jewelry.  There is an array of sterling, signed pieces along with costume jewelry.

CLOTHING – A few pieces of authentic German clothing including the lederhosen and some size 4 clothes.

FURNITURE – There is a fantastic mid-century Danish Modern Lane coffee table and matching side table, two oak kitchen tables, many small tables, lamps, rugs etc.  The blue leather couch is in almost perfect condition.  There is a set of four oak chairs, many nice stand-a-lone chairs and rockers.  The two single beds are Rockport Maple and in great shape, a full sized turned style bed, butcher block, commode, kids desk, end tables and a trunk.  And don’t forget the beautiful armoire, imported from Germany – it has three bays, is a sleek design and huge (78”l x 24”w x 79”t)!

COLLECTIBLES – There are Boeing items here, mid-century pottery (lots from Germany in the cool blue tones), steins, glassware, golfing items, and cases full of misc.  Some neat kids games and toys, puzzles, and games and playing cards.

ART – There are many litho prints, block prints, flora and fauna, some original oil and collage art.  Most notably are the Walton Butts and Rue Munoz signed lithographs and two Munoz framed posters from the 80’s – in perfect condition. We have a nice four panel Asian screen and two hand colored floral etchings by Beki Killozin  – beauful!

KITCHEN – The kitchen and part of the basement is full of nice quality kitchen items and accessories. There are crocks, a sandwich grill, Pyrex ware, bowls, gadgets, tons of misc. and a freezer

TOOLS – The garage has electric hand tools, electrical supplies, tons of misc. hardware, auto tools, a few VW parts, and jacks and stands.  There are lots of garden tools and accessories, pots, plants (outdoor and indoor) two outdoor tables, chairs, umbrellas and decorations.  Also a terrific gas edger, electric blower and trimmer and two push mowers.

Misc. – Some fabric, a flexible dress form and other neat sewing items, lots of high-quality baskets and many cleaning supplies. The Magestic Grundig tube radio is in perfect working condition and has been stored under it’s original cloth cover!
