Everything and the Kitchen sink estate sale in Shoreline!

Hi Everyone,

We are having an awesome sale this weekend.  We are featuring a house full of collectibles, two outdoor sheds full of construction materials and tools, two cars, one boat and a sink!  65 years of good living!

COLLECTIBLES:  Jewelry, fishing gear, trolling reels and poles, lighters, advertising ashtrays, tools, dolls, glassware, china, porcelain figurines, brand new 50’s (mint in the box) utilitarian kitchen items (coffee pots, deep fryer, crock pot, popcorn poppers), dolls, cups and saucers, so many clothes and linens that we’ve used every hanger in our supplies!  

CLOTHING:  A huge array of vintage clothing from the 50’s 60’s, 70’s and beyond and in excellent condition, wow!  Darling little girl (from toddlers to the teens) dresses, Ladies size small dresses that look like they came right out of an episode the Brady Bunch (Marsha, Marsha, Marsha!) and shoes size 5.5, 6.0.  Perfect for Halloween costume and general hip day wear.   Lots of great men’s plaid summer short sleeved shirts and long sleeved winter wool shirts (Pendleton, Towncraft, Van Heusen) and even a nice Filson wool Coat, mostly size Medium and shoes size 8.5. 

FURNITURE:  Lots of great lamps including a pair of brass modernistic pieces, a porcelain Midcentury modern lamp with vintage shade, pair of lovely chandelier lamps with crystal grendels, a standing lamp, a pair of porcelain and brass lamps depicting George and Martha Washington, pedestal side tables, coffee table, two end tables, Formica kitchen table.  A white full sized headboard/bookshelf and a full sized waterfall style head and footboard w/rails, waterfall chest that also needs some tlc, dresser, side table. Samsonite folding chairs with a matching table and a darling little midcentury side table.

ART:  Some nice early scenic mountain prints, Mid-Century wall hangings, tapestry, hook latch rug, pair of chalk bird plaques. 1917 reverse painting on oval glass of the Castle de Belgium,

LINENS:  Lots of beautiful linens, many floral designs, hand and maching sewn quilts, wool blankets, vintage pillow cases, bedding and towels, aprons and a large collection of calendar towels.

TOYS:  The little lady of this house was a very good girl and took care of her toys!  The mini sewing machine and accordion are in excellent contition, there is a darling metal doll house and plastic furniture.  The dolls include some Nancy Dolls and a rare large sized open mouthed Uneeda doll, cute leather and felt animal dolls, baby items include glass bottles, baby toys and pins still on the original card.

GARDEN:   There is a huge array of shovels, rakes and other hand tools.  Rotary mower, spreaders, two collectible lawn mowers.  Vintage folding mesh lawn chairs, vinyl chairs, an outdoor wading pool and even a comfy hammock!

BOATS and CARS: 1950’s Skagit 20 (feet) fiberglass deep hull boat with twin Johnson 40hp motors (haven’t been tested, sold as is).

1976 Ford LTD four door sedan (needs some tlc) and a 1980 Ford LTD four door sedan, great interior. Have not been tested to start, sold as is.  

MISC: Three vintage bicycles, a trike, Red Flyer wagon, wading pool, hammock and misc.

Vintage Christmas collectibles include glass ornaments, kitsch Santas, lights and other decorations.

As mentioned, there are lots great kitchen ware, glasses, serving trays, hot plates, corning ware and utensils.

Portable Singer sewing machine and Kenmore sewing machine in flip top cabinet.  Also a very nice accordion-style sewing stand, wood sewing box and some patterns and buttons.

TOOLS:  As a ground-up general contractor, there are tons of tools, both vintage and functional!  Everything he needed to build houses. A broad array of Construction and auto tools, hardware and fasteners, Wenches, ropes, electrical cords, early power tools, vintage saws, pics, shovels. Delta 12” radial arm saw everything else imaginable including the kitchen sink!
